The Community Connect Program connects DCYF youth in foster care ages 14 and older with community volunteers who act as mentors. The program helps youth to work on their personal goals, develop confidence, and gain a supportive adult connection. We want our youth in care to build meaningful adult connections, so we ask mentors for a year-long commitment of 4 hours per month.
