Job Full Description Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Service and Lube Tech. This position is responsible for performing maintenance tasks such as oil changes, greasing, inspections, and preventative maintenance (PM) on medium-to-heavy duty vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic. Key Responsibilities: Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, lubrication, and all filter-related replacements to specifications. Tire Service: Inflate, inspect, and assess tire condition and wear. Cooling Systems: Conduct cooling system flushes and inspections. Inspections: Perform maintenance-related inspections and identify potential mechanical issues. Greasing and Lubrication: Apply grease and lubricants to vehicles and equipment as needed. Light Mechanical Work: Ability to perform light mechanical tasks related to PM as well as identifying potential related problem areas. Qualifications: Mechanical Skills: Ability to perform basic mechanical and electrical tasks is a plus but not required. Tools: Having your own tools is a plus but not required. Experience: Prior experience with servicing off-road equipment or in a similar role is a plus but not required. Light Mechanical Work: Assist with simple mechanical tasks such as replacing alternators, starters, and similar components is a plus but not required.
