Job DutiesStart Date: 04/01/2026End Date: 12/01/2026Work 55 hours per week Monday - Friday 7:00A.M - 6:00P.M and Saturday 7:00A.M - 12:00P.MMust Apply By: 08/02/2026Job Duties: Operate tractors, tractor-drawn machinery, and self-propelled machinery (much of which is equipped with GPS) to plow, harrow and fertilize soil, or to plant, cultivate, spray and harvest crops; Set up, operate, and repair irrigation equipment; Repair and maintain farm vehicles, implements, and mechanical equipment; Load agricultural products into trucks without over or underfilling bed or trailer, and drive to market or storage facilities; Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping; Repair farm buildings, fences, and other structures; Mix materials, dump solutions or seeds into planter or sprayer machinery; Attach implements using hand tools.This job involves manual labor: Lift up to 50 lbs. Lift and carry supplies, extensive pushing or pulling, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over and repetitive movements.Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold.Follow instructions.Minimum Education RequiredNo High School Diploma or GED required.Minimum Experience RequiredNo experience required:Must speak and understand English.Must be able to obtain appropriate driver's license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle.Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts.
