Human Resources Specialist IIDepartment: Federal Services Employment Type: Full Time Location: Idaho Falls- Idaho Compensation: $51,000 - $61,000 / year DescriptionTeleSolv Consulting has an opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist II to support a federal government client in a fast-paced, highly structured environment. This role provides hands-on administrative and operational support to HR leadership and staff, including onboarding, employee programs, reporting, and personnel records management. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven HR role that plays a key part in supporting a professional federal workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working in a regulated environment, and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and discretion. All considered applicants must be local to Idaho Falls, Idaho as this is an onsite position.Responsibilities: Provide mid-level Human Resources support, including benefits counseling and employee assistance Process HR actions, including onboarding, personnel changes, and separation documentation Assist with new hire orientation and employee offboarding activities Respond to employee and management HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner Maintain HR records, files, and HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance May serve as Telework/Remote Work Program Coordinator May administer or support employee Wellness Program activities Qualifications: Must be a U.S. citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain Public Trust Level 3 (PT-3) Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRCI-PHR) is a plus High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum 3-5 years of experience supporting Human Resources or administrative operations Experience working in a structured, process-driven, or regulated environment preferred Strong organizational, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and sensitive information Comfortable working independently and in a team-based environment
