Flexible 1099 hourly position - Be your own boss!Does not require you to move your real estate license and is compliant with NAR rulesBlend of technology and real estatePaid commute time - Your time is valuable to usFlexible schedule - Perfect for balancing work and lifeOpportunity to shape the future of property management Key Responsibilities:Be the face of Doorstead: Showcase properties to potential rentersUse your personality to make a great first impressionBe the eyes and ears on the ground for our innovative platform Conduct Property Showings: Travel to properties and conduct showings for prospective tenants (includes paid commute time!)Ensure property accessibility and securityReport prospect and property feedback Conduct Property Evaluations ( optional ): Assess property conditions at management start, move-ins, and move-outsUse Doorstead tooling to document property deficienciesWork independently and efficiently (average evaluation time of 1 hour)Evaluate exterior areas, interior common spaces, and functionality of electric and plumbing systemsTake detailed photos and prepare basic reports through our system Who We're Looking For: A real estate enthusiast with a valid licenseA tech-savvy individual comfortable with smartphone apps and photographyA people person with excellent communication skillsSomeone with an eye for detailA self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment What You'll Need: Reliable transportationSmartphone capable of running our mobile friendly evaluation tool and taking high-quality photosReal estate license is required but you will not have to move your license from current brokerage About Us:Doorstead is a pioneering full-service property management startup that guarantees rental income to property owners, regardless of vacancies.
