Job Position: Administrative Associate Location: Grand Forks, ND 58201 Pay Rate: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm - with flexibility to occasionally work later hours when needed and weekend projects, when needed. Description: Local financial wealth management organization looking for an Administrative Associate. This position is essential in providing support across various accounts, managing critical deadlines and navigating workloads. The right person for this role will be able exercise independent judgement, effectively plan, prioritize, and organize tasks, and help maintain trusted client relationships. GENERAL SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant position has a primary responsibility to provide comprehensive administrative support to financial wealth officers. This includes the highest levels of accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Answer calls, service accounts, and manage daily workflow. • Develop and maintain positive client relationships through timely communication via phone, email, mail, etc. • Execute transactions and updates, maintaining accurate information in client database. • Manage office supplies - inventory management, ordering, stocking. • Monitor essential deadlines and follow-up tasks using alerts, scheduler, and other prompts to ensure they are not missed. • Document client interactions, requests, communications, etc. • Perform office errands such as going to bank, post office, etc. • Perform opening and closing office duties. • Maintain a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and trust. • Perform other projects and duties as assigned. KEY COMPETENCIES • Works collaboratively with financial officers. • Maintains workflow under pressure, in a fast-paced, high-profile work environment. • Strong with following up, prioritizing, and tracking deadlines. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism. • Excellent written and verbal skills.
