Job Title: Food Production Line Lead Location: Jessup, MD Schedule: Monday - Saturday 1st Shift - 8am to finish 2nd Shift - 4pm to finish Pay Rate: $17.50 - $18.50 Job Summary: We are seeking a Food Production Line Lead to support daily production operations by leading a production line, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support production line staff during daily operations Monitor line performance, quality, and food safety compliance Ensure proper setup, operation, and breakdown of the production line Train and guide team members on processes and safety standards Communicate issues related to production, quality, or equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Complete basic production and quality documentation Requirements: Previous experience in food production or manufacturing Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example Comfortable working in a fast-paced, refrigeration and production environment Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience as a line lead or senior production worker Experience working in refrigerated or cold environments #IND
