Core Hours Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities As a Legal Secretary, you will: Prepare and maintain legal case files in accordance with court procedures and internal standards. Draft and process legal documents, including subpoenas, motions, and notices, with accuracy and timeliness. Liaise professionally with law enforcement, witnesses, attorneys, and court personnel to obtain and relay case information. Manage case data using electronic filing systems, ensuring records are current, organized, and confidential. Support general office operations by assisting with public inquiries, telephone communications, and mail distribution. What We're Looking For:1+ years of experience in legal, compliance, or any role requiring review and understanding of reports or agreements; relevant legal, criminal justice, or compliance education or certification accepted. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact respectfully and effectively with diverse individuals. Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion. Strong organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. 100% onsite position requiring daily attendance in the office.
