Job Description

Office Clerk/Coordinator FT Available 1st Shift M-F (OT Possible) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM $18.00/hour 6 to 9 Months depending on the need Responsibilities: Oversee incoming/outbound truck drivers on-site, maintaining freight logs and inventory tracking. Perform data entry of goods receipts into SAP operating system. Communicate safety instructions and directions for loading/unloading. Check in all visitors/contractors and track safety training. Collaborate with warehouse team to prepare outbound shipments and manage related paperwork. Physically verify inbound and outbound inventory accuracy and document it. Complete additional office tasks as assigned. Requirements: Must be organized with strong communication skills. Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must provide and wear safety toe boots; other PPE will be supplied by Scotts. Pass background and drug screen requirements.
