Job Description

The Shift Leader plays a vital role in driving the success of our restaurant by focusing on sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance. As a key support to the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM), you will manage the daily operations during your shifts and lead a team of dedicated Team Members. Key Responsibilities: Profitability: Adhere to all cash control and security protocols to ensure financial integrity. Manage inventory through daily and weekly inspections. Receive and process inventory deliveries efficiently. Guest Experience: Inspire and guide Team Members to provide outstanding service that exceeds guest expectations. Team Development: Support the growth of Team Members with coaching and constructive feedback to enhance performance. Operational Excellence: Set a positive example by actively implementing the shift plan and striving for operational goals. Ensure efficient preparation and sale of products within established speed of service standards. Motivate Team Members across various workstations throughout your shift. Evaluate restaurant performance to highlight successes and identify areas for improvement. Maintain compliance with operational and brand standards. Step into Team Member roles as needed to support team performance. Qualifications and Skills: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred. 1-2 years of experience in a quick service restaurant environment. Strong understanding of guest service principles.
