Job Description

The Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and transaction support for alternative investment products. This position encompasses end-to-end operations including onboarding, transaction processing, reconciliation, and handling service requests. You are A dedicated professional with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and driven to achieve goals. Patient, empathetic, meticulous, and capable of working autonomously within a team setting. You will Act as the subject matter expert and primary contact for operational inquiries relating to Alternative Investments and daily processing. Gain comprehensive knowledge of iCapital platform interfaces and order entry within NetX360 to ensure smooth fund launches and client activities. Carry out operational deliverables effectively; manage daily tasks and workflows to meet service levels with a client-first mindset. Participate in system testing and develop training materials for field and home office teams. Provide excellent assistance to clients and internal partners; prioritize and categorize requests for swift resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to quickly escalate and resolve urgent issues. Improve and maintain documentation and internal resources to aid platform users. Create efficient workflows between Park Avenue Securities and fund administrators. You have At least 2 years in brokerage operations or 5+ years in a related field (preferred). Familiarity with Alternative Investments, particularly Private Equity, Private Credit, Exchange Funds, and Hedge Funds. Strong knowledge of subscription, redemption, conversion, and transfer processes. A solid understanding of Alternative Investment products and solutions in brokerage and advisory retail accounts. Experience with Alternative Investment platforms such as iCapital and systems like Pershing. Experience in managed accounts, specifically with Envestnet and/or Orion. Detail-oriented and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision; possesses strong problem-solving skills. Able to manage priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to clearly explain complex processes. Preferred Qualifications FINRA Securities license (Series 7 or Series 6) is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Location Bethlehem, PA or NYC (Hudson Yards) This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days in the office. Salary Range: $59,110.00 - $88,660.00. This range represents a good faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Actual salary will depend on the selected candidate's education, experience, knowledge, and abilities.
