Key Responsibilities Handle daily patient scheduling through phone, electronic systems, and face-to-face interactions with professionalism and efficiency. Collaborate closely with the registration team to streamline check-in and check-out processes, enhancing patient experience and accuracy. Maintain clear and proactive communication with medical staff and supporting departments, promptly addressing any scheduling concerns. Manage the automated appointment reminder call program to reduce no-shows and improve patient engagement. Address requests, complaints, and communications courteously, exercising sound judgment and diplomacy. Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to support organizational goals. Perform physical tasks required by the role and maintain consistent attendance. Education and Experience High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate degree in business or healthcare-related field preferred. Proven problem-solving and planning abilities.
