About the Role: As a vital member of our restaurant team, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and exciting environment. We'll provide you with the training you need to succeed—no prior experience is necessary! Your Responsibilities Include: Engaging with customers by taking food orders, answering menu inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met. Managing cash register operations and exploring opportunities for additional sales. Carefully preparing customer orders across various kitchen stations, including sandwich making, frying, grilling, or others based on restaurant concept. Implementing food safety protocols to guarantee the delivery of fresh and safe products to our customers. Cross-training in diverse departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. Ability to lift and move over 25 pounds and adapt to various temperature environments.
