In this impactful role, you will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to steer daily operations and carve out the strategic vision for the organization. You will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships with key governmental stakeholders and community partners, reinforcing our commitment to the early learning community. Your leadership will drive initiatives to ensure equitable access to high-quality educational experiences for all children. The Chief Transformation Officer will lead systemic diversification efforts, manage program directors, and significantly contribute to shaping a comprehensive fundraising strategy. Ideal candidates should possess at least 10 years of leadership experience, preferably within the nonprofit, early learning, education, or government sectors. A proven track record in operations management, budget formulation, and fiscal oversight is essential, along with a strong ability to mentor and coach team members. Key skills required include the ability to inspire diverse teams, exceptional active listening skills, and a collaborative approach to process improvements. Experience with government funding mechanisms and policy landscapes, coupled with a solid understanding of nonprofit fundraising and philanthropy, is highly preferable.
