Job Position: Administrative AssistantLocation: Beaufort, SC 29906Pay Rate: $18.00/hrShift: Tuesday - Friday (10am to 6pm) (Saturday 10am to 3pm) Description: Our client, a well-established company in the mobile home sales and property management industry, is seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join their team in Beaufort, SC. This company specializes in mobile home sales, rentals, and rent-to-own housing solutions and serves a diverse customer base throughout the local area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in office administration, customer service, and property management. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, bilingual (English/Spanish), and ready to grow with a stable company. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone in both English and Spanish Provide daily administrative and clerical support Assist with lease agreements, rent-to-own documentation, and tenant files Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars Enter and maintain accurate customer and tenant records Process applications and collect required documentation Support rent collection tracking and follow-up communication Answer general questions regarding housing options and services Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital) Perform additional office duties as assigned Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) High School Diploma or GED required 0-2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within a company
