Job Description Great opportunity in Northern Wisconsin for a Transportation Engineer! Growing company looking for some who would like to take a lead role and help grow the transportation program in Northern Wisconsin CONSTRUCTION / DESIGN RESPONSIBILITIES: -Construction site project management -Complete required WisDOT reports -Knowledge of FieldManager/FieldBook,Field Information Tracking (FIT), Materials Information Tracking (MIT), Lane Closure System (LCS) -Submit reports and documentation consistent with current WisDOT standards -Prepare Design Plans using Autodesk Civil3D design software -Conduct field investigations as required by reports or studies -Prepare technical reports, permitting documents, and cost estimates -Coordinate meetings with clients, the public, local officials, and utility representatives -Assist with mentoring of younger staff Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering required -Previous WisDOT experience or client contacts in Northern Wisconsin would be a plus -Civil 3D experience preferred -Client liaison or project management experience or a desire to step into that role is preferred -PE license is a plus Please contact Laura Harrison for further details: 517-906-6926
