Marketing ~ Social Media Specialist Ryan Family Dealerships Ryan Family Dealerships is searching for a Social Media Specialist. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable with creative brainstorming sessions, giving and receiving constructive criticism.  The ability to multi-task is essential. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop individualized marketing and outreach strategies for each Ryan Family Dealerships (RFD) store with Director of Public Affairs (DPA)Strategizes, writes and creates w/DPA multiple weekly posts for each RFD storeMaintains Facebook presence for each RFD storeCreates and maintains accounts for all RFD storesMaintains all Instagram accounts for all RFD storesMaintains all TikTok accounts for all RFD storesDevelops with DPA "Month Ahead" marketing/post planProvides month-end analytics reports to DPAParticipates in the preparation for, and execution of, all Public Events for RFDParticipates in Go-To-Market meetings for Ryan Chevrolet and Ryan Buick GMCParticipating in weekly marketing meetings DPA WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive Compensation Package, including: Paid Health InsuranceDental, Vision, Life, Disability optionsFlex spending/dependent care & health savings accountPaid Vacation/Holiday/Sick  Great team environment EXPECTATION: Full time ~ no overtime Limited travel requiredYou will be required to work in office, remote work is not permitted
