We are on the lookout for a dynamic, analytical, and collaborative leader to join our Enterprise Transformation team as the Principal, Transformation Analytics & Value Realization Lead. This crucial role integrates process enhancement, data-centric insight generation, and strategic advisement to enact transformative changes across the organization. Position Summary In this impactful role, you'll blend strategic thought with hands-on execution to yield tangible results. The Principal will leverage consulting prowess, extensive analytical abilities, and retirement industry knowledge to tackle complex business challenges. This position requires both strategic insight and the ability to conduct detailed analysis using R and Python, driving enterprise decision-making effectively. Key Responsibilities Strategic Framing & Hands-On Execution Collaborate with business leaders to clearly define challenges and shape outcomes through a consultative, data-informed approach. Independently perform end-to-end analyses—from formulating hypotheses to coding in R/Python and delivering insightful recommendations. Create business cases and value realization frameworks to inform strategic investment decisions. Advanced Data Analysis & Insight Generation Conduct hypothesis-driven analyses utilizing R, Python, and SQL, going beyond basic Excel or BI tools. Utilize statistical and machine learning techniques to uncover insights into trends and performance drivers. Partner with AI/ML teams to embed advanced analytics into decision-making processes. Retirement Industry & Financial Services Expertise Must possess experience in Financial Services; familiarity with the Retirement industry is highly desirable, including understanding ERISA, recordkeeping, and plan administration. Cross-Functional Partnership Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders while contributing actively to execution efforts. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in management consulting or enterprise transformation, showcasing a strong ability to merge strategic framing with hands-on analytics. Advanced competency in R and Python for statistical modeling and SQL for data extraction. Demonstrated experience in designing and executing hypothesis-driven analyses from inception to completion. Robust experience in business case development and value realization. Must have Financial Services experience; Retirement industry expertise is preferable. Able to operate at both strategic and execution levels, influencing executives while engaging in detailed analytical work. Familiarity with ERISA, recordkeeping, and plan administration is preferred but not required. The national average salary range for this position is $150,000 to $170,000 in base pay, exclusive of bonuses and benefits. Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as location, experience, performance, and internal pay alignment. While starting at the highest end of the range is not typical, it may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
