The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and ASE or Ford certifications are a bonus. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications Automotive Technician Qualifications: 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification a bonusFord Certification preferredPrevious experience at a Ford dealership is preferredB level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine RepairDexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordinationMechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentExcellent customer service skills and basic computer competenciesPositive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improveEnjoy working in a dynamic environmentTeammate with ability to collaborate with others effectivelyAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specificationsValid driver's license and clean driving record About Williams Ford of Sayre: Williams Auto Group takes pride in being a family-owned enterprise since 1984.
