Ensure all food preparation meets our high hospitality and service standards. Maintain organization of food and supplies to ensure a seamless kitchen operation throughout service. Adhere to proper health and safety procedures to promote a safe and clean environment. Uphold standards of appearance, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times. Ideal candidates will have prior experience as a cook, line cook, prep cook, sous chef, or in other back-of-house roles. While a high school diploma is preferred, it is not mandatory.
