The Special Events Assistant supports the planning and execution of community events, programs, and activities for residents. This role helps ensure events run smoothly by assisting with setup and breakdown, coordinating with vendors and staff, preparing materials, and providing hands-on support during events. RequirementsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent Experience in senior care, assisted living, or memory care preferred CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Compassionate, patient, and attentive to resident needs Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to assist residents with daily activities and mobility Support and participate in events and activities Experience with memory care residents Creativity and flexibility to engage residents in meaningful activities
