Job DescriptionPosition: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Location: Ayer, MA Contract Duration: 9 - 10 Weeks Weekly Hours Guarantee: 37.5 hours Work Schedule: 5 days per week Every other Saturdays and Sundays required Shift Timing: 1st Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM 30-minute break included Responsibilities: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitoring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature. Providing support to nursing and medical staff as needed. Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients. Assisting in the mobility and transportation of patients. Observing and reporting changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff. Documenting patient interactions and care provided accurately. Qualifications: Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of MA. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team. Strong attention to detail and observational skills. Empathy and a compassionate approach to patient care. Ability to work the specified work schedule, including weekends and alternating Saturdays and Sundays.
