We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our growing State Farm agency. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. This is not a high-pressure sales role. Our focus is on excellent customer service, follow-through, and building long-term relationships with our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide exceptional service to existing customers via phone, email, and in person Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, coverage explanations, and documentation Help manage renewals, follow-ups, and day-to-day account servicing Accurately document client interactions and maintain organized records Work closely with the team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks Represent the agency with professionalism, empathy, and accountability QUALIFICATIONS: Strong communication and customer-service skills Detail-oriented with the ability to stay organized in a busy office Dependable, proactive, and willing to take ownership of tasks Comfortable working with systems, processes, and deadlines Insurance experience is helpful, but not required - training is provided BENEFITS: Paid time off (holidays and personal/sick days) Salary plus bonus Retirement Package available Growth potential/opportunities for advancement within my agency Compensation: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour We're Hiring!
