Your ultimate goal is to achieve the most cost-effective lead flow possible for our clients, benefiting from a wealth of resources, creative materials, strategies, and collaboration with your teammates. We value your prior experience in media buying, which will be crucial in attaining this goal. In addition to lead generation, your role will also involve: Organizing creative assets Generating weekly/monthly performance reports Conducting market research for creative inspiration Collaborating with assigned Account Managers and Coaches Participating in team meetings Paying meticulous attention to detail in all campaigns Offering creative suggestions and conducting beta tests If you have experience with Facebook and Google Advertising, and a willingness to work hard for invaluable experience and growth, we encourage you to apply! Gym Launch stands as the leading provider of marketing and coaching services for gym owners because every team member embraces our core tenets. This position is fully remote, full-time, operates Monday through Friday, and offers opportunities for bonuses, raises, and overtime. Key Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and optimize comprehensive paid Facebook & Instagram Ad campaigns. Understand digital marketing strategies and funnels for all client campaigns. Launch campaigns for recently onboarded clients. Audit and optimize new and existing ad campaigns to meet KPIs such as Cost Per Lead. Participate in Media Buyer meetings and necessary team meetings. Oversee paid performance reporting and communicate results regularly with the team. Manage and support up to 100 active clients simultaneously. Stay informed on new marketing methods and technologies, educating the team as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred. 1+ years of experience in online funnel marketing and local lead generation. At least 1 year of Facebook Ads experience. Proficiency in GSuite (Sheets, Docs) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Experience with project management tools like Asana. Coachability and eagerness to learn new skills. A strong results orientation. Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional organization and time management skills. Reliable Wi-Fi, a computer with a webcam, and a private space for meetings. Stay updated on Facebook policies, strategies, design tools, and applications.
