Will provide professional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical assistance over the phone and to walk-in customers. This is a full-time position working on-site in the Burwell, NE business office. Key responsibilities include: Handling new customer orders and service requests regarding Internet, Telephone, and Cobalt TV services. Responsible for daily customer payments and bank deposits. Ensuring each customer receives excellent customer service and proactively seeks opportunities to cross-sell Hamilton services. Qualifications: High school education or equivalent. Experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel or similar computer programs. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.
