Develop and implement a within agency training protocolthat includes 40 hours of Didactic Training, direct observation and clinical supervision of two completed casesand ongoing weekly supervision and consultation to ensure highest quality service delivery and adherence toevidence based care treatment.Participate in ongoing trainings to ensure continuous and quality improvement of the program that the leadsupports.
