Office Administrator - Temporary Position - Immediate start - Belmont Head Office Location: Belmont Head Office Roster: 5/2 Rate: $40 flat rate Start: Immediate Duration: Temp to Perm Hours: 8am - 4pm | Mon - Fri We are seeking a temporary Office Administrator to join our corporate team at Belmont Head Office for one of our esteemed clients. The Office Administrator is the initial point of contact for the company and is responsible for managing communications, maintaining office presentation, and providing administrative support to assist daily operations. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls, assist and direct enquiries, and take messages as required Respond to general queries from external customers in person, by phone, or by email Book conference rooms and ensure refreshments are available before meetings Manage visitors on arrival and exit in line with visitor processes Maintain professional presentation of the office, meeting rooms, reception area, and kitchen areas Order and distribute office and kitchen supplies weekly Assist procurement with data entry and general administration support across all divisions Follow Occupational Safety & Health requirements and work within the Zenith Pacific HSE management system Valued Behaviours Ability to adapt to change with minimal disruption Shares knowledge and works effectively across teams and departments Communicates clearly in verbal, written, and interpersonal situations Manages priorities, deadlines, and time effectively Maintains productivity under pressure Demonstrates honesty, fairness, and integrity Experience and Skills Required Previous customer-facing experience Strong verbal communication skills with a professional approach Highly organised with resourceful problem-solving ability Customer-oriented with a focus on service Effective active listening skills Ability to prioritise, schedule, and multitask Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Clearances Required National Police Certificate Medical clearance Rights to work in Australia If you're interested in applying, please reach out to Keisha Hunter - or (08) 9368 9813
