Job Address: 3413 S Wallick RdPeru, IN 46970 Director of Human Resources Substance Use Disorder | Behavioral Health Services Pay: $25-30/hr | Location: Peru, IN | Schedule: Part Time, 3 days per week, Day Shift Position Summary The Director of Human Resources provides strategic and operational leadership for all HR functions within a psychiatric hospital environment. This role is responsible for building a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce that supports quality patient care, regulatory excellence, and organizational growth in a behavioral health setting.
