Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Development & Management Lead research and creation of technical and non-technical reference materials. Develop and maintain intranet content, ensuring accuracy, compliance, timeliness, and alignment with brand guidelines. Write, edit, and review online reference materials, instructions, and communications. Administer, update, and enhance eNet content repositories. Maintain a comprehensive documentation library and ensure process currency. Project Leadership & Execution Ensure project deliverables align with customer expectations, timelines, and budgets. Manage complex documentation projects from inception to implementation. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues across assigned projects. Conduct and lead user acceptance testing, including test case design, execution, and documentation. Participate in enterprise initiatives and cross-functional project teams. Content Strategy & Learning Support Contribute to learning and curriculum development through storyboarding, job aid creation, and task/ root-cause analysis. Partner with stakeholders to define requirements for intranet resources and process documentation. Provide recommendations to optimize search engine performance (SEO) and user experience. Train end users on documentation tools and electronic reference materials. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Build strong relationships with management, business owners, project teams, and vendors. Interview business stakeholders to determine complex documentation requirements. Mentor and guide junior documentation staff. Manage client expectations, including communication with executive-level leadership. Serve as acting supervisor/manager when required. Qualifications:Must-Have Skills & Experience Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Strong background in web content development. Proficiency in graphic design and visual storytelling. Extensive experience creating and editing content that adheres to organizational writing standards. Strong ability to compile, organize, and present complex information clearly. Advanced knowledge of PC/web technologies, including HTML and content-authoring tools. Experience independently managing multiple projects and priorities. Expertise in researching, documenting, and analyzing business processes. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-disciplinary project teams. Strong change-management awareness and application. Expert ability to translate technical or process information into clear, user-friendly content.
