A growing manufacturing company is seeking a Full-Time UV Line Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of an automated UV finishing line. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 6 or more employees, coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a strong, hands-on leader who is comfortable working with industrial machinery and thrives in a production-driven setting. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety, productivity, and consistent output while meeting company standards and deadlines.
