This entry-level, part-time position offers hands-on training, the chance to work with a variety of equipment, and the opportunity to move to full-time after a 90-day probationary period. What You'll Do Produce and finish signs and graphics Weed, tape, mount, laminate, and prep vinyl Assist with interior and exterior installations Support workflow, organization, and quality control Operate equipment including large format printer, vinyl plotter, laminator, and Safety Speed Saw Maintain a clean and safe workspace No prior experience required . We train motivated team members! Bonus Skills (Not Required) Graphic design experience Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator Experience in print, fabrication, or hands-on production Who We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Positive, can-do attitude Coachable and eager to learn Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on ladders Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to pass a background / criminal history check Our Leadership & Culture We empower our team, no micromanaging.
