Competitive salary ranging from $72,470 to $111,200 per year. Qualifications: Associate's Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing. Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license. A minimum of 1 year nursing experience in a medical-surgical or similar setting is preferred. BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Strong clinical skills in assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care. Proficient in electronic medical record systems. Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive nursing care to a diverse patient population with acute and chronic medical conditions. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and execute treatment plans as instructed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient care and facilitate discharge planning. Educate patients and families about disease management, medical conditions, and post-discharge care. Document all aspects of patient care accurately following hospital and departmental standards.
