PT Home Health Verona, PA As a Physical Therapist in our client's Home Health team, you will be responsible for providing Physical Therapy services to patients in their homes, assessing patient functioning levels, and developing treatment programs to improve independence and physical/cognitive functioning. You will also be involved in patient and caregiver education, supervision, and reporting on patient progress. We are open to new graduates for this position. We are also open to part time or PRN candidates as well.
