What You'll Be Rockin': Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential & commercial HVAC systems like a boss Turn routine maintenance calls into high-value sales opportunities Recommend and sell HVAC system replacements, air flow, and air quality upgrades Design, install, or modify ductwork like an HVAC artist Deliver top-notch preventative maintenance services Support and train junior and mid-level techs Jump in for field/technical support and quality inspections Keep your truck stocked and your parts game strong Help out with general maintenance tasks when needed Keep customer relationships smooth, positive, and professional You've Got the Goods If You: Have 3+ years of HVAC field experience Are EPA certified (NATE certification is a bonus!)
