Administrative ProfessionalLocation: Virginia, MN Ulland Brothers, Inc. is a Civil/Highway-Heavy contractor specializing in aggregates and site development, with offices in Carlton, Virginia, and Albert Lea, Minnesota. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Professional to join our Virginia, MN office. This role provides essential administrative, accounting, and compliance support to both office and field operations. Position Summary The Administrative Professional supports daily office operations, accounting functions, compliance reporting, and human resource processes. This individual plays a key role in maintaining organization, efficiency, and professionalism throughout the office. Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office and Administrative SupportGreet and direct visitors in a professional manner Answer and route incoming phone calls and communications Open, sort, and distribute mail Order and maintain office and shop supplies Provide general administrative support to office and field staff Plan and coordinate company meetings, gatherings, and special events Compliance and HR SupportPrepare compliance reports including EEO, Workforce, Equal Pay, Human Rights, and related reports Assist with hiring and onboarding of new employees Maintain employee files and contact information Maintain DOT driver qualification files and vehicle logs Ensure proper reporting of workers compensation and vehicle or property claims Follow up on subcontracts, certificates of insurance, and related documentation Perform additional duties and ongoing training as assigned QualificationsAssociate degree in Accounting, Business, or related administrative field, or related accounting or administrative experience preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
