Through the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, facilitates development in areas of need such as educational, social/emotional, communication, gross motor, fine motor, and adaptive. Retirement: State of Alaska TRS Bargaining Unit: Fairbanks Education Association (FEA) Salary: Determined by the FEA Negotiated Agreement Contract Length: Minimum of 184 days Job Qualifications/Requirements (please review job description for qualifications and duties of the position): Bachelor's degree Must possess or be eligible for a valid Alaska Initial, Professional, or Master certificate with an endorsement in Special Education.
