Title: Mold Maker I Summary: Supports new mold builds and repairs for injection, EPP, and insert molds under the guidance of senior mold makers while developing technical skills through hands-on work and training. Key Responsibilities: ssemble, disassemble, and repair molds and hot runner systems safely and accurately. Operate CNC, manual mills, lathes, EDM, and grinders to produce quality components. Interpret shop drawings and instructions to complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Perform maintenance on shop equipment and maintain a clean, safe workspace. Participate in continuous improvement and team collaboration. Ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met. Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in mold making, repair, or maintenance (3+ preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and shop math skills. Proficient in English communication; basic MasterCam knowledge a plus. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Forklift experience a plus.
