We are actively seeking a Fleet Operations Manager to take charge of our specialized fleet operations in Waco, Houston, and Waxahachie. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily fleet operations, ensuring compliance with DOT, OSHA, and ANSI Z133 regulations Oversee maintenance schedules, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles and heavy equipment Enhance logistics, routing, and vehicle utilization across multiple job sites Supervise dispatching to ensure timely delivery of equipment Lead and mentor the fleet service team Keep comprehensive vehicle records, titles, registrations, liens, and fuel/purchasing card programs Ensure driver compliance with qualification files, medical certificates, MVRs, Hours-of-Service, and random drug/alcohol testing Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement ???? Top Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred) Demonstrated experience in fleet or operations management, ideally within utilities or transportation Extensive knowledge of DOT regulations, compliance, and fleet management software Leadership experience managing remote teams and projects Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Comfortable working in both office and outdoor environments, including occasional inspections ??
