Position Overview: As the Food Service Operations Manager, you will oversee the foodservice program at a Byrne Dairy and Deli store. Your leadership will ensure that we meet all food quality standards, inventory levels, and food safety guidelines. You're not just managing operations; you're fostering a positive team culture and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and issues promptly to build customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations regarding food safety and sanitation. Maintain a safe and organized food storage environment. Prepare and serve food according to established recipes and guidelines. Oversee product ordering and manage foodservice inventory efficiently. Train and motivate foodservice staff to encourage professional growth and development. Maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of all foodservice equipment. Support the Store Manager and District Manager with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications: High School Diploma. At least 1 year of management experience in the food service sector. A minimum of 2 years working experience in the food service industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers. Proven ability to supervise staff effectively. Why Join Us?
