Job Description

We’re hiring a highly organized part-time pro with a solid track record of problem-solving and office organization. Flexible 25-hour per week schedule plus generous commissions offered! The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, and be ready to assist the manager with daily operations. Real estate, property management, hotel management, or accounting experience is a plus! We offer on-the-job training for someone willing to learn and grow with us. Responsibilities include accurately compiling leasing data, showing homes, assisting in the community, entering deposits, organizing paperwork and transaction contracts, and scheduling appointments. You’ll also be in charge of community presentations and performing basic bookkeeping duties. Responsibilities: • Ability to problem-solve and source local resources • Welcome residents and new prospects with excellent customer service • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, process rental applications • Show homes to prospects, note property upkeep standards • Coordinate maintenance scheduling with manager oversight • Beautify property and a willingness to be hands-on • Handle monthly water and sewer charges and resident account follow-up Qualifications: • Possesses a basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems • Communicates well, both verbally and written Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly• Ability to problem-solve and source local resources • Welcome residents and new prospects with excellent customer service • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, process rental applications • Show homes to prospects, note property upkeep standards • Coordinate maintenance scheduling with manager oversight • Beautify property and a willingness to be hands-on • Handle monthly water and sewer charges and resident account follow-up
