Role Overview: We’re seeking a proactive and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. You’ll help us grow our team by managing the end-to-end recruitment process-from reviewing resumes to scheduling interviews, and guiding volunteers through onboarding. Your work will directly help us scale impact across the globe! What You’ll Do: Review volunteer inquiries and resumes Communicate with candidates via email Schedule and attend interviews with leadership Assist in the onboarding process (background checks, training schedules, welcome packets) Maintain recruitment tracking spreadsheets or systems Help improve our recruitment pipeline and volunteer experience What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Experience in recruitment, HR, or admin roles a plus-but not required Comfortable using Gmail, Asana, Zoom, Docusign, Adobe Suite, Zapier, etc. Passion for community service, youth development, or international work Why Volunteer with HPG?
