POSITION SUMMARY Your role will involve general building repair and maintenance, including drywall repairs, painting, HVAC, appliance repair and installation, and plumbing. Our ideal candidate will maintain a safe working environment and ensure our facilities operate smoothly. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Practice safe working methods and maintain a secure environment. Monitor and maintain the operation of all building facilities. Perform electrical maintenance and repairs as needed. Carry out repairs and maintenance on various surfaces, including drywall and other coatings. Utilize tools effectively for maintenance tasks. Order necessary parts in accordance with company policy. Maintain company-owned food and beverage equipment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Valid driver's license and compliance with driver insurability standards. Understanding of materials, equipment, and tools for facilities maintenance. Minimum of three years of experience in general building repair and maintenance. Familiarity with kitchen and bathroom appliance repairs preferred. Experience with suppression systems, alarm systems, and heating systems preferred. Ability to follow supervisor instructions and perform delegated tasks. Knowledge of food and beverage equipment maintenance preferred. Availability for on-call contact after hours for emergencies. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED is required. The base hourly pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00. Actual pay will vary based on experience, education, and location among other factors. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating effectively in English. Possess a valid driver's license and meet insurability standards. This position requires a commitment to maintain the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
