What We’re Looking For: Must-haves: Minimum of one year of culinary experience in a high-volume and quality establishment, focusing on scratch cooking. Strong understanding of proper culinary methods and techniques. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen. Familiarity with kitchen equipment and ability to identify various food items. Customer service experience is essential. Nice-to-haves: Food handlers' certification.
