Residential Property Inspector Join our dynamic team as a Residential Property Inspector, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the quality and condition of properties acquired by House Buyers of America. This is a rewarding salaried position with a competitive income ranging from $50,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough due diligence inspections and evaluate property conditions and necessary repairs. Prepare detailed reports and document property conditions with photographs. Support construction and settlement teams with on-site tasks to ensure project success. Verify the completion of punch-out items, capturing images throughout the construction process. Inspect homes daily to monitor progress and quality. Install and remove lockboxes and other marketing materials. Deliver essential equipment to properties as needed. About You: You possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher. You excel in communication and computer skills. Having a Home Inspector license in MD, DC, or VA is preferred, though not required.
