Project Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities: Oversee construction sites, general contractors, and workers to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Facilitate the creation and review of Requests for Information, Requests for Proposal, and Change Orders. Ensure that all work aligns with approved manuals and established procedures. Guarantee that projects are constructed and documented according to contract documents and sound engineering practices. Provide technical support to Project Managers, enhancing project execution. Develop and manage project cost/change controls along with budget and accounting records. Perform change order estimating and assist the Project Manager in negotiations for changes. Coordinate and monitor updates to schedules, invoices, and submittals efficiently. Assist in managing and reviewing contractors' construction schedules to track progress. Review weekly and monthly reports on contract status, project costs, and potential changes. Communicate the status of projects effectively to business and market leaders. Attend client program meetings as needed to foster ongoing relationships.
