Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities. Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control. Manage electronic job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate job details. Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly. Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines. Coach and train Restoration technicians. Communicate with Restoration manager and office staff on project progress and issues. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance, as assigned. Oversee facility and grounds maintenance, as assigned. Continue development of Restoration expertise in services, cleaning products, and equipment. Other tasks/duties as required by employer. Position Requirements: Effective written and oral communication. Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred. IICRC certification preferred. Valid driver's license a must. Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, must be willing to be on call when needed. Some night and weekend work is required. Flexibility is a necessity. High school diploma/GED Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration. Experience in a supervisor role preferred. Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour Picture Yourself Here Fulfilling Your Potential.
