Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific requirements for each position. Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to source and attract qualified candidates. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, skills evaluations, and reference checks, to ensure alignment with client needs. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. Facilitate salary negotiations and manage the offer process, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients. Cultivate and nurture relationships with both clients and candidates, establishing yourself as a trusted recruitment partner. Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular reporting on recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and placement success to internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
