A company is looking for a Refund Solutions Advocate to manage consumer refund requests and provide exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Review consumer refund requests and confirm eligibility based on partner policies Act as the primary contact for consumers with refund inquiries via various communication channels Process refunds accurately while maintaining compliance with company and partner policies Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in consumer experience is a plus 5+ years of consumer service experience with a proven track record in conflict resolution Proficient computer skills, including experience with Google Apps and typing P&C insurance adjuster license in your home state is a plus Ability to work remotely and accommodate individuals with disabilities as needed
