Key Responsibilities Manage overall program and contract performance, including scope, cost, schedule, quality, and risk Lead planning and execution activities to support the enterprise-wide transition to the modernized financial management solution Build and maintain strong relationships with federal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic program objectives Required Qualifications Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Demonstrated experience supporting Nuvolo Clinical EAM platform (Any module) Minimum of 4 years' experience in program or project management, preferably in healthcare, acquisition, or technology Proven experience managing a large federal program or enterprise-level transformation effort Strong command of program management methodologies, governance frameworks, and federal lifecycle processes
