A company is looking for a Home Purchase Coordinator to facilitate home purchases and serve as a liaison between borrowers, realtors, and mortgage companies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain sales contract and lease templates for the home buying program Educate loan officers, processors, underwriters, and closers on the program and specific loan files Facilitate real estate transactions by instructing realtors and buyers, ensuring effective communication among all parties Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Appraisal Real Estate or Real Estate Conveyance Knowledge of the residential real estate transaction life cycle in one or more states Ability to guide others and hold them accountable for successful transactions Organized and solution-oriented with a strong client service focus Able to make independent decisions and manage multiple tasks effectively
